Angelique N. Kane is a transformational leader and family & community advocate with a deep commitment to empathy, trauma-responsive practices, and culturally-sustaining systems. Since joining Phoenix Center for the Arts as Interim Executive Director in April 2025, she has led the development of key administrative systems and implemented truth and reconciliation strategies to strengthen community relationships. With a passion for inclusive leadership and creative collaboration, Angelique believes that “Art is not a thing; it is a way.” She is dedicated to ensuring the Center remains a vibrant, welcoming space for all.
