Accessibility
Phoenix Center for the Arts is committed to making programs accessible for all participants. Please contact the Center at least two weeks prior to the start of the class with any accessibility requests or concerns.

Class Cancellation
All classes that do not meet minimum enrollment one week prior to the start date may be canceled at Phoenix Center for the Arts’ (the Center’s) discretion. The Center will contact students in affected class and offer refunds or placement in an alternate class.

Health & Safety
At Phoenix Center for the Arts and Thunderbird Arts Center the health and safety of our patrons, teaching artists, and staff is incredibly important to us. For details on the rules and regulations the Center has adopted to aid in health and safety efforts, visit our Health & Safety page.

Promotions
From time to time, the Center may run special offers or promotions. Coupons or promotional codes may not be applied to previous purchases.

Refunds
Clients who register for a class, program, or course that is canceled for any reason by the Center will receive a full refund.

Clients who withdraw from a class/program/course at least 10 business days prior the scheduled class/program/course start date may receive a refund on their registration but will incur a $10 processing fee. (A “business day” is defined as M-F.)

Clients who withdraw from a class/program less than 10 business days prior to the scheduled class/program/course start date will receive 40% of the cost of that class refunded to their Phoenix Center for the Arts account. That credit can only be applied to future Phoenix Center for the Arts purchases.

Refunds will not be given to any student who withdraws from a class on or after the start date.

Please note any refund request must be made directly to a Center staffer. Canceling enrollment online does not automatically refund an account.

Missed Classes
There are no discounts or refunds for missed classes.
