On December 13–14, 2025, the Phoenix Center for the Arts proudly presents the 14th Annual Phoenix Festival of the Arts — a vibrant, multicultural celebration of artistic expression in the heart of downtown Phoenix.
Set in scenic Margaret T. Hance Park, this two-day festival features:

Community Listening Sessions
As part of our commitment to making the 14th Annual Phoenix Festival of the Arts a true “People’s Festival,” we’re hosting a series of three community listening sessions to ensure your voice helps shape this year’s event.
Why Join a Listening Session?
- Share your ideas for performances, activities, and community engagement
- Help us ensure the festival reflects the voices and values of Phoenix
- Connect with others who care about the arts and our city
- Learn how you can get involved in planning or volunteering
Session 1: Vision & Feedback (June 23, 2025 at 2 PM)
Join us as we share the vision for this year’s festival and invite your ideas, hopes, and feedback to help guide our planning.
Session 2: Preview & Input (September 8, 2025 at 2 PM )
Get a first look at the proposed vendor list and entertainment lineup. This is your chance to offer input and help us fine-tune the festival experience.
Session 3: After Action Review (January 12, 2025 at 2 PM)
After the festival, we’ll come together to reflect on what worked, what we learned, and how we can make next year even better.
Whether you’re a longtime supporter or new to the festival, your perspective is welcome and valued. Let’s build something beautiful—together.

$250 – Vendor Booth (Electricity fees are additional and limited)
$450 – Double Booth (Electricity fees are additional and limited)
$150 – PCA Student/Teacher/Resident Organization Vendor Booth (To receive the student rate you must have been enrolled in a class within the past 12 months)
$50 – Electricity (limited availability)
$300 – Food Truck/Vendor
