Phoenix Center for the Arts, the Third Street Theater, and all facilities located within our Performing and Visual Arts Buildings, are high-quality, affordable spaces that can accommodate a wide variety of performances, rehearsals, classes, meetings, retreats, community gatherings, film screenings, and special events. Space Amenities

Amenities included vary in each space – tables, chairs, audio capabilities, lighting, wifi, etc. All rates listed are for general use. Prices are subject to change due to current market conditions and prices are subject to change after 8/31/23. Nonprofit rates available upon request.

Small and Large Rooms

  • Conference Room – Dimensions – 22′ x 13’ | Capacity – 14 ($60/hour)
  • Room 201 – Dimensions – 25’ x 25’ | Capacity – 30 ($60/hour)
  • Room 301 – Dimensions – 27’ x 25’ | Capacity – 30 ($60/hour)
  • Room 202 – Dimensions – 40’ x 27’ | Capacity – 50 ($100/hour)

Event Spaces

  • Courtyard – Dimensions of space available by request | Capacity – 60 | Rate – $30/hour. An outdoor space located on the concrete patio between the Visual and Performing Arts Buildings. 
  • Third Street Theater – Dimensions of space available upon request | Seating Capacity – 210 | Rate – $199/hour or $7,960/week. Space includes the theater (stage and seating), green room, audio and lighting gear, as well as a technician to assist in with set up. Home to many performing arts organizations, the theater can accommodate plays, recitals, dance performances, meetings, and other events, including community and corporate functions.
  • The Box – Dimensions – 27″ x 40″ | Capacity: 70 seated, 100 standing | Rate – $125/hr. Space is a small black box theater in the basement of Phoenix Center for the Arts’ Performing Arts building. Space rental includes seating, audio, and lighting.
