Thank you to everyone who participated in the past two Conversations on Race and to those who were there in spirit.
In November’s Conversations, we will continue focusing on Downtown Phoenix Arts. We will first revisit the lessons learned about race vs. culture and clarify racism vs. prejudice. Then we will continue to ask interrelated questions:

• Share an experience where race played a factor, positive or negative.
• How does race affect you on a daily basis?

Finally, put your thinking caps on and, if there is time, be ready to share any ideas on a project, event, or some other more tangible way to affect change, that we might be able to tackle as a group.
We probably won’t fix the entire world, but maybe, together, we can start something real here in our community.
