Jamie is a proud supporter of Phoenix Center for the Arts and has served on the Board since 2014, as Treasurer, Vice Chair, and Chair. Jamie believes that the arts are a critical part of living a full and meaningful life, and strives to help ensure that arts opportunities are available for all.
Jamie is also a partner at Husch Blackwell LLP and has over 14 years of litigation experience assisting businesses and individuals in resolving difficult problems and helping them obtain business-critical outcomes when faced with complex litigation issues. She defends clients facing class actions, as well as alleged violations of the Securities Act, the Sherman Antitrust Act, and the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act. She also handles insurance defense issues and a full range of other business disputes.
Jamie represents companies and independent directors in government and internal investigations, and has represented clients on matters in various state and federal courts including in Arizona, California, New York, Vermont and Washington, as well as before the U.S. SEC, DOJ, OIG and FINRA.
