Hey Teen Artists! Welcome to the new season of Teen Artist Guild.
TAG’s Guest Artist Series begins Sept 12, 2015 at 2:00 pm. All teens are welcome to join us as we meet Master Ceramic Artist, Anne Rasmussen, and hear the story of her path as an artist. Following Anne’s presentation, she welcomes teens to visit her ceramics class at 3:00 pm. TAG’s Guest Artist Series on Second Saturdays are FREE thanks to the generosity of the amazing artists who are donating their time!
Teens who are interested in joining Teen Artist Guild or applying for leadership in Teen Artist Council are welcome to join us before the lecture at 1:00, as we meet and greet current TAG members and hear about TAG events, shows and workshops to come. (Yearly memberships are offered for $35 – $65). Last year, TAG artists exhibited their own art at Phoenix Center for the Arts, Maricopa County Fair Fine Art Show, and Teen Central at Burton Barr Library. We have hosted Art Show & Sale Booths at Phoenix Festival of the Arts, First Fridays on Roosevelt Row, and Tempe MyLifeMatters Festival.
